Refund and Returns Policy

As we mentioned on our about page, stepinfurniture.co.uk is related to only dealing with furniture products. We are linked to multiple furniture makers and warehouses. Our work is to show people products to solve the problem and buy the product they want. We do not deliver the order, but the warehouse that will have the product you ordered, will deliver it to you. Returning of the product:

As we mentioned, we always accept payments via cash on delivery, so we will never ask you for a single £ payment before delivery. Our RETURN POLICY is that suppliers will deliver the product to your doorstep with the help of the delivery team. They will come and show you the product. It is in the box. It is up to you if you want to see it or not. If you do not like the product, you can return it from the doorstep. Once the delivery team leaves, they will not return if you don’t like it. If you don’t like the product, you can only return it from your doorstep when the delivery team is there. After they leave or after two or three days, you will not be able to return.

Refund Policy:

As you know, this is only a dealing website, and the manufacturers will take orders from us and deliver you. You have to contact them in case of any breakage and delivery of an incorrect product. You have to keep the phone number they will call you before the delivery. Stepinfurniture.co.uk will not be responsible for any refund. You have to call the delivery team in such a case. If they do not correct, then it is up to you that you can do a bank refund. But if you want a refund without any wrong delivery or breakage, you are not eligible for a refund from the warehouse. So do a proper check on the product at your doorstep and decide it there that either of your choice or not.

NOTE:

You have to keep the phone number of the delivery team saved in your phone. If you lost it then for any help, you could contact us. We will try our best to get that number, but we will not do the refund as it is only the dealing website. We are not suppliers. We have contact with suppliers and manufacturers.
